Scheduling Your Appointment

• When scheduling your appointment with us, please keep in mind that we are only able to operate at 50% capacity and see one client at a time. We promise to do our best to get you booked as quickly as possible. Your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated!

​

• We will need a credit or debit card on file in order to book your appointment.

​

• When using our online booking, please be sure you are requesting the services you are most interested in. All of our services have been strategically timed to ensure that our artists have the perfect amount of time to create your own authentic style.

Checking in for Your Appointment

​

​

• fika is located on the first floor of 6 North York Road, Hatboro, PA 19040

​

• Due to the new occupancy standards and inability to use our waiting area, you will be required to come to your appointment alone. We are only allowed one client per artist at a time.

​

• There is a Municipal Parking Lot located across the street from fika (25 W Moreland Ave, Hatboro, PA 19040), where you can park for $.25/hr or $1/day. There is also meter/street parking available for $.25/hr. We are happy to reimburse you for your parking when you check out!

​

• Once you are parked, please wait in your car and text us at 609-362-2450, to let us know you are here. Please include:

  • your name 

  • the artist/artists you are scheduled to see

​

• Once the artist's previous client has left, we will text you back and tell you to come on in!

​

• Before entering fika, please be wearing a mask that fastens behind your ears. If you are scheduled for a color service, be sure to wear a mask you are not worried about staining. If you do not have one, let us know in your check-in text, and we will have one ready for you!

​

• Please leave all extras in your car. The less items the better!

​

• Once you come in, there will be a verbal screening to ensure that fika remains a COVID free environment.

​

• Upon arriving please use the hand sanitizer provided at the front desk.

Things to be Mindful of Durning Your Appointment

​

​

• Please leave your mask on at all times. Due to this necessity, we unfortunately will not be able to provide you with a snack or beverage during your service. 

​

• Certain services (e.g. highlights/balayage) are lengthy. For your safety, we recommend making sure you come full and hydrated prior to any appointment exceeding 2 hours.

​

• In order to uphold the contactless regulations, we will be checking you out with the credit/debit card we have on your file. Gratuity cannot be added to your credit/debit card.
